New in: Fluctus Ex Intus

Fluctus Ex Intus - 2026 -Acrilic on canvas, 200 x 100 cmThe wave doesn’t come from outside. It starts here, in the middle, where the blue turns almost black and folds in on itself. There’s no horizon in this painting. No sky. Just an internal sea with nowhere to go, so it collapses. The drips aren’t a mistake. They’re the moment the storm stops being shape and becomes weight. It slides down, stains the white, cuts through it. That’s what happens when you hold too much for too long: it gives, and it spills. The white around it isn’t calm. It’s the emptiness left after. The kind of silence that’s louder than water. This canvas belongs to my series Abyssus Animae. Here, fluctus isn’t just a wave. It’s unrest. Ex intus because the real storm is the one we carry inside, when everything outside looks still.
Where line becomes memory of a place.
